
Lyric coloratura soprano Thalia Cook-Hansen has recently debuted the roles of Mademoiselle Silberklang from Mozart’s Der Schauspieldirektor and First Lady from Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte. She has performed solo and ensemble works in various venues around New England, Germany, Czechia, and Austria; most recently playing the role of Barbarina from Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro at The Estates Theatre in Prague. Thalia has performed for numerous masters of voice including Adrianne Pieczonka, Joyce El-Khoury, Lynne Dawson, Gerald Finley, Warren Jones, John Hess, Bryan Wagorn, and more. She is currently finishing up her conservatory studies at the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory in Toronto and is excited to take on the role of Lucia in Lucia di Lammermoor this summer in Sicily.
