
Robbie Raso is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music and the Carnegie Mellon University School of Music. He currently attends University of North Carolina School of the Arts’ Fletcher Opera Institute.
Performance highlights include Rodomonte in “Orlando paladino” and Zebul in “Jeptha” at UNCSA, Johannes “Pa” Zegner in “Proving Up,” Rapunzel’s Prince in “Into the Woods” and Ophèmon in “L’amant anonyme” at Eastman; and Count Almaviva in “Le nozze di Figaro,” Count Robinson in “Il matrimonio segreto” and Papageno in “The Magic Flute” at Carnegie Mellon University. Robbie also originated the role of Border Guard in “ID, Please” at the Tête-à-Tête Opera Festival in London in 2017.”
This summer at MOSF, Robbie will sing Enrico in Lucia di Lammermoor and Dandini in La Cenerentola.
