
Krystal Tardif is a Soprano from Freehold, New Jersey. She is a junior attending Caldwell University, obtaining her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, where she played “The Countess” in The Marriage of Figaro. She attended Manhattan School of Music’s 2019 Summer program where she performed the role of “Stepmother” in Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. She then matriculated into Manhattan School of Music’s Pre-college program in the fall of 2019. Krystal was a member of Opera Orlando Youth Company for several years under the direction of Robin Jensen, where she performed in the youth opera Brundibar by Hans Krasa. She has performed with Opera Orlando’s chorus in the publicized One Voice concert and several choir performances with Opera Orlando. In 2018, Krystal earned second place in Central Florida’s National Association of Teachers of Singing. In her younger years, Krystal performed with Winter Springs Performing Arts with minor roles in Into the Woods, A Christmas Carol, Sweeney Todd, and Beauty and the Beast. Krystal is currently training with renowned voice teacher Jack LiVigni in Manhattan.
Krystal will perform the role of Clorinda in La Cenerentola.
